The world’s worst English student?

Is this the world’s worst English student?

After 12 months:

–          he couldn’t read English

–          he couldn’t write in English

–          and he couldn’t speak English

Incredible, you might think, as he was in contact with native English speakers for:

at least 10 hours

7 days a week

That is over 3,000 hours a year!!!!
